I cannot believe I have just stumbled across this glorious recipe. Not only is it so rich and creamy but it tastes amazing! Quick and simple to prepare, how could you say no to this amazing recipe? I decided to opt for a dark chocolate around 71% which gives it that rich chocolatey flavour but you can choose whatever you want flavour wise 🙂
Ingredients
375-400ml Condensed Milk
600ml cream suitable for whipping
100g chocolate of your choice
What do I do next?
- First things first: break up the chocolate into a bowl and melt it
- Place the cream into a mixing bowl
- Add the condensed milk and liquid chocolate to the mixture
- Whisk the mixture together until it becomes a thick, creamy solution (again, it is easier to use an electric whisk for this but not entirely necessary)
- Pour the mixture into a freezer friendly container and place in the freezer for several hours
- Now this is the hard part: wait until it solidifies and enjoy! 😀
Note: not a fan of chocolate? Why not try other flavours such as vanilla extract? 🙂
